GP Periodontics is a locally owned and operated specialist practice providing advanced periodontal and implant care to Grande Prairie, northern Alberta, and northeastern We offer expert treatment for gum disease, dental implants, soft tissue grafting, and extractions — with the option of IV sedation for patient comfort.

Dr. Michael Piepgrass, DMD, MSc, FRCD(C)
Periodontist / Owner, GP Periodontics
Dr. Michael Piepgrass is a certified specialist in periodontics and the owner of GP Periodontics in Grande Prairie, Alberta. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Saskatchewan, earned his DMD from the University of Kentucky, and completed his Master of Science and specialty certificate in Periodontics at the University of Kentucky. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.
He is married with five children and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family in northern Alberta.
